Hit manage p on a document, select properties, and then in properties choose a profile for each person printer- So for the laser printer make up a profile referred to as “color only” and set the properties to only print color.
Then each and every time a person prints a document, hit properties and make certain it is going to the right printer and the proper profile. It will just take about an extra 4 seconds every single time. – or less if you preserve the profile properly.

I am interested in printing wedding invitations on metallic card stock. I would like to buy a color laser printer for beneath $ 600.
